With 23 years of military experience, most being in Special Operations, and a lifetime as an athlete. I’ve honored the discipline, mindset, and adaptability needed to excel in any challenge. As a devoted father, husband, soldier, and coach, I understand the importance of time management and balance, ensuring that each client receives personalized, purpose-driven coaching that fits their life. My approach integrates string mental resilience, tactical fitness expertise, and knowledge of nutrition to create individually tailored programs that foster genuine, lasting relationships because fitness is personal, and so is success.

    We create individualized nutrition programs that focus on specific calorie and micronutrient thresholds, that are based on your goals. Every plan is built to meet the unique metabolic needs and goals of the athlete, with a focus on result- driven nutrition.
